Order Processing

At Cashmere Song, all orders will be processed on the next working day and are typically shipped within 2 working days, depending on order volume and availability. Orders are processed from our warehouse and handled by our reliable logistics partners. You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase, which includes an invoice and an overview of our terms and policies.

Delivery Pricing and Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the weight of your order and its destination. The shipping charges shown at checkout reflect the most accurate and up-to-date rates for your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Method

Our delivery partners include reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, our return policy, and additional instructions for returns if needed.

Delivery Period

Under normal conditions, orders are processed on the next working day and are typically handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days of purchase. The actual delivery timeframe varies by destination:

Hong Kong and nearby regions: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Regions outside Asia: Estimated delivery time may take up to 21 business days.

Please note that delivery dates provided are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen factors.

Customs and Import Fees

Within Hong Kong: No additional customs fees apply for orders within Hong Kong.

Outside of Hong Kong: For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or additional import fees, as required by local regulations. Cashmere Song does not cover these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, Cashmere Song will promptly inform you, and any payment made will be refunded. We only deliver items available in our current inventory and do not assume responsibility for procuring out-of-stock items.

Promotions and Gift Policy

Occasionally, we offer promotions, including gifts with purchase or discounted items. These offers are only available as specified and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. If your purchase qualifies for a gift or promotional item, please ensure it is added to your cart; otherwise, it may not ship with your order.

If an order that qualifies for a gift or promotional item is later returned, the promotional item must also be returned, or the retail value will be deducted from the refund.
