6.        Return & Exchange Policy 

6.1      Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If your product is defective or damaged, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

6.2      Clear photos of the defect are required before initiating a return or exchange.

6.3      Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact, to allow us to verify the defect.

6.4      For defective items, Cashmere Song will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to obtain return instructions and further assistance.

6.5      Refunds: Once your return is received and the defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. If your order was paid using gift cards or loyalty points, the refund will be processed accordingly.

6.6      Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a defective item, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. You will be required to return the defective item before a replacement can be issued. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 11.3    Returned items that qualified for a gift or promotional item must include that item, or the retail value will be deducted from the refund.
