Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cashmere Song! We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please review the following policy, which aligns with our Checkout Terms & Conditions.

 

1.        Return & Exchange Eligibility

1.1      If your product is defective or damaged, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

1.2      Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact, to allow us to verify the defect.

1.3      Clear photos of the defect are required before initiating a return or exchange.

 

2.        Return & Exchange Process

2.1      For defective items, Cashmere Song will cover the return shipping costs.

2.2      Please contact our customer service team to obtain return instructions and further assistance.

2.3      Retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

 

3.        Refunds

3.1      Once your return is received and the defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3.2      If your order was paid using gift cards or loyalty points, the refund will be processed accordingly.

 

4.        Exchanges

4.1      If you wish to exchange a defective item, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.

4.2      You will be required to return the defective item before a replacement can be issued.

4.3      Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you will be given the option of a refund instead.

 

5.        Damaged or Faulty Items

5.1      If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

5.2      Please keep all original packaging in case the carrier requests additional information.

 

6.        Lost Parcels

6.1      If your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

6.2      If the parcel is incomplete or missing items, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
